A Little bit about me :
I started learning to DJ in London around 1996. I was drawn to the art of turntablism very early on having been shown DMC videos by my first DJ mentor DJ ATL from Woolwich. I tried my best to practice and break into the industry in London until 2004, when an opportunity to visit China came along. To make a very long story short, i ended up staying in Asia for the next 14 years where i learned and practiced the art of club DJing by night while constantly practicing my Turntablism skills by day. Over the next 14 years i would go on the to conquer the club scene in Asia. I was lucky enough to get a residency at Chinas biggest urban music venue in Beijing, Club MIX which helped to launch my career. I have been working as a professional DJ ever since. I have been influenced by many! Cash Money, Jazzy Jeff, Spinbad, DJ Premier, Grand Master Flash, the list goes on. But Above all DJ Shortee Blitz.
I moved back to the UK from Ireland after covid and i am now working in London as a DJ. This is my first time to enter the DMC, but it has always been my goal to do so. I’m finally here!
